By entering into the official membership of "Baro Maase Tero Parbon", every registered member is bound by the general rules and terms established under the club's administrative framework. These terms are put in place to maintain decorum, transparency, and the high prestige of our cultural activities:

1. Commitment to Cultural Identity: Every member shall prioritize, defend, and actively work to "bloom" the festive traditions and rich heritage of Bengal. Our year-round events require your cooperative spirit and dedication.
2. Ganesh Puja Volunteer Services: During our yearly Ganesh Puja celebration, all active members are mandatory volunteers. Tasks such as pandal management, managing the queue, security, prasadam distribution, and coordination are strictly assigned under the direct supervision of the Club Manager.
3. Financial Honesty & Subscriptions: Any funds, subscriptions (Chanda), or sponsorships collected from the public by a member must be immediately submitted to the Cashier (Treasurer). Only official, serialized club receipts are authorized to be given to donors.
4. Respect for Local Regulations: Members must coordinate with the President and General Secretary during any public processions or events to ensure total compliance with West Bengal Police, municipality guidelines, fire protection, and local administration safety standards.
5. Care of Club Assets: The club’s properties, equipment, decor items, and physical location are under the control of the Club Manager. Any damage or lost items caused due to negligence will be compensated by the responsible member.
6. Confidentiality and Unity: Internal club planning, executive discussions, and logistical disputes must remain private within the committee framework. Decisions made by the executive office bearers (President, Secretary, Cashier, and Manager) are final and binding.
